U.S. has reached record-shattering entrepreneurial activities and outcomes this year!

VC investments year-to-date through September 2021 totals to a whopping $238.7 billion across 12,837 deals! This has already surpassed $166 billion in 2020.

Fact: Seed and Angels invested $11 billion in nearly 5000 deals, Early stage was at $55 billion in roughly 4000 deals and late stage stood at $173 billion in nearly 4000 deals

Fact: Exit activity for year to date has also smashed all records. IPO's and M&A brought in $582.5 billion across 1,150 deals, surpassing $500B for the first time and doubling 2020's previous $289 billion record!

Fact: Initial Public Offerings ( IPO's) accounted for 88% of the total at $513.6 billion! There were a total of 221 IPO's and Robinhood alone pulled in $30 billion, the largest! SPACs were the largest contributors for the first time.
